Treehouse Slow Flow
Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than our Power Flow classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses can be a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice. Each class includes Pranayama (breathe and energy control) and our physical practise brings awareness to the body, its alignment and the breathe to create balance. Slow down and enjoy the ride. “All levels catered for. Great for those new to Yoga”.
Our Power Flow yoga class is a great way to build strength and endurance. Dynamic and athletic postures are linked together with the breath in a flowing manner. Power flow yoga is a dynamic practice that tones, strengthens and detoxifys the body. A fun and creative sequence that is delivered with guidance by the breathe so to create a flowing, medative practise. “The pace is quicker and best for those who know their bodies and limitations”.
The word “Yoga” means to unite or yoke together. The Treehouse Fusion class does just this by pulling together a range of popular yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and the use of props to form an energising yet calming practice with a particular emphasis on the breath. “All levels catered for”.
