Join us at TTY, practising playful, bonding yoga with your baby whilst working on toning and strengthening your post partum body and nurturing your mind, body and soul. Being a new mum is exhilarating, you give of yourself so completely and unconditionally that it's important to remember to take care of yourself so that you can keep giving! Join us and learn some basic baby massage techniques and some yoga poses that you can take home to do yourself, with or without baby. What a delightful way to end each week!
There is no expectation for your baby to 'behave' in a certain way and if you need to feed/change your baby in class, thats fine! Bring the essentials....blanket, toy, bottles, dummies, nappies. **Note: the studio is upstairs, therefore prams may be best left in the car**
Suitable for babies from 6 weeks until actively crawlling.
